Today we read a chapter out of, "Haunted Salt Lake City" by Cassie Ashton. The chapter covers ghostly experiences and history behind the city and county building in downtown Salt Lake City - 451 S State St. We follow Bill as he depicts vivid stories to a ghost hunting crew of happenings in the building. From children playing in the bathroom to the mayor that was there when it was first built, R.N. Baskin entering his old offices, wrapping up with sightings of Joe Hill with accompanied pictures to back it up. This was fun playing with voices and reading the history, I did not realize this was made in spite of the LDS temple as to show that Utah had in fact a separation of church and state AND built/funded by the freemasons. I really had a great time learning, reading, and playing with this narration. Cassie Ashton is a wonderful writer and made this enjoyable!
